  • Accommodation is on the BLCU campus in an international student hall of residence.
  • There are single room options which include air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, internet access (additional charge) and TV.
  • There is a shared kitchen and dining room. However, meals can be taken very cheaply in the many student restaurants and bars on campus.
  • Campus life provides a safe environment as well as allowing UK students to mix with students of many different nationalities.
 

Student support

Our programme has integrated student support mechanisms which include:
  • Free meet on arrival service.
    We meet all our students at arrival point in Beijing and take them to their accommodation. Students must email China Pathways with their arrival details at least one week before departure.
  • Induction programme
    All students will be given an orientation programme before starting their course.
  • Excursion programme
    A member of China Pathways staff will make sure you get the most out of your time in one of the world's most exciting cities. Our staff will also assist in making travel arrangements to other parts of China.
  • Health
    Beijing has several international clinics and China Pathways staff can assist with locating these. China Pathways cannot provide medical assistance and therefore a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including health) must be taken out for the duration of the visit. This can be organised by China Pathways if you wish.
